Amazingly reliable
I have dozens of YoLink sensors. They are amazing. Reliable with long battery life. They just work day after day. Make sure to test and configure things correctly. Software can be tricky. Test test test. One specific gotcha with the valve controller occurs when you try to install the device over an older valve controller stem that is not removable. The valve adapter doesn’t align correctly so that the valve closes when operating. You have to use two adapter to undo the rotation so that it aligns. Otherwise it works great!!

This was easy to install and worked straight away. I was able to setup an automation so if any of the water sensors sense water, it’ll shut the water valve. Good stuff!
I have several of these and they've performed flawlessly. I continue to be amazed at the range of LoRa. My hub is in a closet in the middle of the house and one of the devices is far away in the back yard and works just fine.
This Yolink Outdoor Contact Sensor is well made as the others and is easy to set-up. For the price it is a very good product and the shipping was fast.
I purchased this combo package with additional sensors and switches after I installed a similar combo package at a family members condo, where it was mandated by the HOA after a series of leaks in the building. It worked well with no communication issues, so I decided to purchase a separate combo package for my 2-floor single family home. Installation was simple and straightforward and includes outdoor switches for three fence gates and my driveway mailbox that notifies me when the mail is delivered. So far both systems have worked well with superior communication range and I plan to add 11 additional leak sensors, including the A/C handlers on each floor. Cost by comparison to my Z-wave plus network is substantially lower with no communication issues and no subscription required for service. I see the potential for adding more sensors for things I want to monitor remotely. This is a very versatile product that provides peace of mind when traveling.
