This lock works great and I love the various options for setting up access (keys, codes, fobs, fingerprints ... my favorite is the fingerprint access) and monitoring that access showing who is unlocking the door. It offers more options and control than any other lock I could find and all at a very reasonable price.

I have owned the water sensors for a couple of years and thought I would add the temperature and humidity sensors. Set up was easy. I appreciate how accurate they are and every time I open the app the sensors don't need to buffer or load information.
Local control is a must. Price not a huge factor. Charge $500 if you need to, it's not like large installs won't already have thousands invested in devices.
Incredibly easy installation. Does exactly what I wanted and I don’t lose pressure across the valve. App gives me great control from anywhere and monitors the backup batteries.
Although not designed for this use, I placed this on refrigerator door since the refrigerator alarm is too high a frequency to hear. Opening the door will trigger an alert from Alexa that the refrigerator door is open. It would be helpful if this could be triggered after a certain duration of the door being open and also replay once a minute until the door is closed

Amazingly reliable
I have dozens of YoLink sensors. They are amazing. Reliable with long battery life. They just work day after day. Make sure to test and configure things correctly. Software can be tricky. Test test test. One specific gotcha with the valve controller occurs when you try to install the device over an older valve controller stem that is not removable. The valve adapter doesn’t align correctly so that the valve closes when operating. You have to use two adapter to undo the rotation so that it aligns. Otherwise it works great!!
