This is the best they could do?

We never got the local connectivity promised (you even have matter now, come on), it isn't cheap, it requires a subscription, we have NO CHOICE of LTE carrier, (hope you aren't in a Verizon-only area, I know they exist though, I have 2 eSIMs in my phone; Home- Verizon 3 bars 4G & 5G, zero ATT, TM on occasion (outside), 2miles down the road... TM 2 bars LTE ATT 1 bar, 4 miles all 3 are ok, 5.5 miles ATT dies, Verizon is 1 bar, TM is FULL strength) and a HOPE that your servers are up. Just give us local access. I live in a suburban neighborhood! Let me install a microSIM OR eSIM.

I decided to return it, even at $100 (was double or treble damage). Offer it, GREAT, but, while I waited, I had to but a LOT of Zigbee stuff wondering if local (or this) would EVER arrive. For now I am going back to a dedicated $3.88+no tax (data only eSIM) with 1GB full speed Verizon data (T-Mobile was cheaper, but that's not an option here), I NEVER have used more than 100MB on Home Assistant, even when my ISP was down for a while. I just have to be VERY careful about what can connect to the emergency connection.

I will give YoLink ONE thing. I have Comcast Xfinity. I have a neighbor with YoLink & FiOS (or wireless internet) BARELY in-range of my garage door sensor and I got updates during my last LONG outage. It would be great if YoLink hubs could hold 2-3 SSIDs and could mesh or at least talk one hop. Then EVERYTHING would have stayed online and I'd be pushing YoLink on all my neighbors.

Waiting to receive hub 3

I am still waiting for USPS to deliver my hub 3 ordered two weeks ago. I can’t give a rating for the hub 3, but my rating for USPS is a 1.

Works great, good support.

Everything is OK

For now, it is up and running without any problem non stop so it is perfect.
All capabilities are fonctional as expected.
