No response from customer service.

I could never get the smoke alarm to go online. I understand that items sometimes fail, but in the past Yolink customer service has been very fast in resolving problems. The excellent customer service resulted in a 5 star review from me and numerous recommendations to friends.
This time, however, I have called twice and emailed twice and still have not received a resolution to my problem. I hope that this is not the new norm, and the problem will be resolved soon.

Easy to use

Once you figure out there’s a spare plate you don’t need, setup is super easy. Works great. Nice to know if the smoke alarm is going off when you’re not home.

can't connect to alexa

The device appears in Yolink app but completely invisible in Alexa app. Tried the support, but didn't help.

Easy to install. They work

5 minutes to install, and worked when tested with actual smoke. Also, I was cooking with quite a bit of steam coming from the pots and that didn't set it off... Very pleased
