Works better than the remote.

My installation was very straight forward, using the instructions provided Testing and pairing was very straight easy. The controller even picked up its correct sensor without intervention from me. Very pleased with Yolink products!

Not easy to integrate with Alexa

I wish my Yolink products would integrate better with Alexa. Alexa can not tell the state of a sensor. You have to go through hoops to get "Alexa, Open the Garage Door"

Great alternative to faulty opener

Remote Opener no longer worked, and kept getting stalled by repairman…stating door opener needed complete reset! Ordered the controller, fixed (found a solution) the problem for less than $26. Ordered the FOB and everything operates as designed! Also installed a door sensor so remotely I know when the door is opened or closed! Great system… saved me a bit of money considering what the repairman would have charged. I’m looking for more reasons to install more Yolink devices!

Works on Gates

I had previously installed an outdoor sensor on a gate and needed a way to remotely close it. The only tricky part was that this is a 24VDC gate, so an electric socket was not available for the smart garage door controller. This problem was solved with a DC-DC converter to get the 5V required. Now I can reliably close (and open) the gate from the app.
