I tried the relay type with wire, had mixed results - now I have the finger press the buttons from within the garage and 2 of them do the trick! As reliable as any, very great product - thank's so much for the great products and support. All we need now are some "light switch fingers".
The controller was easy to install on old push button garage door opener. No trouble integrating the controllers into the app. Works great!!!!
We live in a gated community and we have a garage. Who wants to carry multiple remote controls in their cars for such things? And I don't like having a remote in my car anyway since it's just another thing for a thief to steal from the car. But I digress... our house happens to be right next to one of the community entrance gates, and we are close enough that we can open the gate with a remote from within the house. So we mounted the gate remote and a YoLink Finger to a cutting board and then placed the cutting board in a good place for signal to the gate. No need for a controller to know if the gate is open or not because the gate already automatically closes on its own. It's been great! I launch the app as I approach the gate, the Finger does its thing inside the house. This is all much easier than fumbling in my purse or the glove box for a remote.
