Easy setup, nice app, solid product. To test my leak sensor 2, wetted slightly, and it tripped immediately as expected, and took an hour to dry out and stop tripping. Adjusted alarm strategy to avoid big number of messages.
Within two weeks of installation, I received an alert one morning at 7:54 about a water heater leak. Sure enough, my wife who was home at the time, confirmed the leak and I was able to shut off the water immediately and returned home to drain the tank and get a plumber scheduled for that afternoon. System paid for itself!
The sensors and hub are easy to set up. When I had trouble starting the app, customer service (via the chat feature) offered prompt and patient help. It is easy to test the water-sensing cables to make sure they work. When I concluded that one of the sensors did not work as it should, customer service directed me through a few additional testing steps, but then offered a replacement sensor when it was clear the sensor was not working. All the components look of high quality. My husband was so impressed with the quality that he ordered the camera, too.
