Instructions lacking on how to change lever

There isn’t instructing on how to change what side the lever is on.
The push pin only lets it go one way

Bad design, does not work through the app or keypad

I was hoping they would integrate into my other YoLink devices and environment, so I bought two of these to start with. Changing the lever directions on these locks is way too complicated compared with other lever locks and while the video helps, the reality is you ending up bending the cover to get it off. Even worse, when you try to use the app to lock or unlock, it just says cannot connect even though it is two feet from a hub (I have hubs scatter throughout the house). Even the signal strength says it's high, and you can make changes through the app, but don't expect to lock or unlock it. Also, another horrible design is that you can't use the keypad to unlock it if it can't communicate to the hub... what is the point of the keypad???

I have already moved these to doors I don't use and will not purchase additional ones. I would return them if I had not bent the crap out of the cover trying to change the direction of the lever, but I do not recommend you waste your money on them. I like most of the other YoLink devices and the long distance features, but they just don't work on this lock.
