Easy installation and setup. I love the ability to monitor for water leaks and set alarms for high temps in our freezers and refrigerators when we’re away from home. So much more economical and easier to use than what was offered by our plumbing contractor.

The set up was very easy however getting the sensors to react was a little tricky. I had to contact customer support to get the right instructions. They did send me step by step instructions so it all went well. Hopefully, the system will never be used but I have tested it and the sensors to make sure that should a leak occur, it will be handled correctly and automatically, just as I want it to. Good thing I did do a test because there was an item near the controller that was impeding the arm closing all the way. Had I not, I would have had an issue. Just a word of advice. Once you set it all up, test your sensors to make sure that the power pack reacts the way you need it to. The snesors are very sensitive so that is a big plus. A wet napkin will set them off.Highly recommend this system.
I purchased this combo package with additional sensors and switches after I installed a similar combo package at a family members condo, where it was mandated by the HOA after a series of leaks in the building. It worked well with no communication issues, so I decided to purchase a separate combo package for my 2-floor single family home. Installation was simple and straightforward and includes outdoor switches for three fence gates and my driveway mailbox that notifies me when the mail is delivered. So far both systems have worked well with superior communication range and I plan to add 11 additional leak sensors, including the A/C handlers on each floor. Cost by comparison to my Z-wave plus network is substantially lower with no communication issues and no subscription required for service. I see the potential for adding more sensors for things I want to monitor remotely. This is a very versatile product that provides peace of mind when traveling.
Everything installed as it should. I'm not good with technology but the system is up and running. Videos helped. Would have liked to see instructions as a whole system (ex: install EVO first then hub...)
