Yolink looked good when i was shopping, but i was pleasantly surprised when I installed it all. The hub setup was very straight-forward. Installing the remote sensors was just as simple. The mobile app is stable, intuitive and responsive. It all just worked.
Install the mobile app. Plug in the hub. Scan the QR codes to add the devices. Install the remote sensors and turn them on.
I was pleasantly surprised that the remote flood sensors also report the temperature from the location where installed. This is a great feature for my crawl space sensors since I live in a cold winter area. This can help warn me if my pipes are getting too cold.

Got it all set up in minutes. Tested great. Easy to use. Huge leak detection footprint with the cord. Integrates with Home Assistant. Long battery life, long distance wireless. Didn't like having to set up a whole new hub for my smart home, but that's a minor inconvenience.
