Door sensors report open/closed state. Motion sensors notice movement. Locks and garage controllers serve access needs. Start with the job you need done.
A YoLink hub with an internet connection is required for app access and remote alerts. A siren is a separate audible response; configure and test its trigger.

Compatible YoLink devices can share a hub when they are within its radio coverage. If you already have a compatible hub, choose the add-on path and check each device’s requirements.
Yes. Assign your door or motion sensors to an Alarm Strategy in the YoLink app, then use Home and Away scenes to change that strategy’s notifications and siren actions. Configure each scene’s behavior, save it and test it. Keep leak and temperature sensors in separate strategies if their alerts should stay active.
App access and remote alerts require a connected hub and internet. Locks have model-specific local entry methods. Only specifically supported, previously paired Control-D2D actions can operate without internet while both devices remain powered and within radio range.
