I have been using Yolink products for couple years. Great customer service (had to ask few questions and they are very prompt and clear in their explanation), the products do exactly what they say they do, great quality and most important the installation is a breeze - you just scan the QR code and you are in business. No complication. I also love Yolink clear YouTube videos - Like many people, I hate reading manuals and explanations - you see a video and you right away get it with clear explanation. KEEP DOING videos for every product and what to do with the software.

Very happy with all the products, water sensors, motion sensors, door sensors, motorized water values & indoor cameras. Worked straight out of the box. The software/app on my iPhone works flawlessly. Excited to see their outdoor camera coming out 2nd qtr 2025.

Great alarm but instructions should clearly tell you to disconnect the head unit, push the button on the head unit to reset if it is showing abnormal status in the app

I bought The Valve Controller 2 & EVO Valve Operator, w/YoLink Hub, 3-Pack Water Leak Sensor 1 and additional 10 Sensors 1 and 3 sensors 2 to cover every toilets, sinks and any potential areas in the house. The products are well built and easy to install and setup. The response time from sensors to shutoff valve is very fast and reliable. Highly recommend these products from this American company

Hey! I dig it. Easy to install. It’s YoLink, so it’ll last a long time and key on working. I’d love it if it was $10 less expensive, but it’s still a great deal compared to other “smart” smoke alarms.

Plug Mini Smart Plug, YoLink Hub Required

This is not my first YoLink product - in fact I have 2 types of thermometers and a smart plug, in addition to the 3 pack motion detectors, a siren and a fob for a security system. I apparently bought the wrong fob for a programmable system, but contacting customer service, even on a weekend, and getting an answer, was very quick. They walked me through what I needed to do, and now I have a security system that I'll be using for several applications.

These guys do stand by their products, their customer service is very helpful, and their products are great! Do not hesitate to purchase items from YoLink - you can mix and match various items for customizeable systems.

I have a pretty ancient garage door opener. The prospect of finding a compatible remote, setting the dip switches, was daunting. The yolink package was way too easy. Between soot & old aluminum, I chose to screw the sensor onto the ancient garage door. Great product.

I have about 25 different Yolink products and love them all. These last 2 are really working well. I use one of the vibration sensors to tell me when my tea is ready. and the other for the dryer. I have yet to have the sensors fail. LOVE THEM!

Your product arrive too late, even though I paid for 2day delivery. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to install the product before we left on vacation, and on top of that, the product was forwarded to where we are now.
