  • NEW GENERATION LEAK PROTECTION
    YoLink new generation sensors, featuring Class E technology, are designed for faster status access, dependable monitoring, and long battery life. Water Leak Sensor 5 uses three probe groups to detect drips from above and pooling water below, while its built-in 110 dB alarm provides an immediate on-site warning.

    LoRa YoLink Protocol connects Water Leak Sensor 5 with any YoLink Hub across up to 2034 feet in open air, helping reach basements, detached garages, pump rooms, and other hard-to-check areas. Actual range varies by environment and building conditions.
  • AUTOMATIC SHUTOFF WITHOUT INTERNET
    After prior D2D setup, Water Leak Sensor 5 can directly trigger a compatible battery-powered YoLink valve, to close even if internet service and household power are unavailable. Valve sold separately; a YoLink Hub and internet are required for setup, App control, and remote alerts.
  • 12-YEAR BATTERY LIFE, IP67 DESIGN
    Two preinstalled AA lithium batteries reduce maintenance in rarely checked locations. The IP67 water-resistant housing is designed for indoor leak-prone areas. Actual battery life varies with settings, alarms, environment, and battery condition; avoid prolonged submersion.

    Receive leak and temperature alerts through the App, email, and SMS; tap to read real-time status; set Delayed Alarm, Latch, Alert Interval, and DND; use Find Device; review and export alarm history; and share device or Home access with permission controls.   • FREEZE RISK AND RAPID TEMPERATURE ALERTS
    Set high- and low-temperature thresholds, including a freezing-point warning, plus separate rapid-rise and rapid-drop alerts. Temperature events send remote notifications and do not activate the local 110 dB leak alarm.
  • WORKS WITH LEADING SMART-HOME PLATFORMS
    Use leak detection as a trigger for Alexa routines, IFTTT automations, and Home Assistant integrations. A YoLink Hub and internet connection are required.
