Description

Open or close a valve from the YoLink app using Valve Controller 2 and a compatible, separately supplied valve operator. Power the controller with AA batteries or a suitable external supply.

Replaced the YS6614UC and a YS5003S

Received the YS5003S and the YS6614UC control devices. Couldn't get them to operate on the app thru my phone. Worked with Phoebe in tech support since about 6/29/26. Finally got the issue resolved around 7/4/26. Thanks for your GREAT SUPPORT PROGRAM and for personal like Phoebe who hung in there and worked with us until we got everything working. We LOVE your yolink controls and telling people on how great they are. Thanks for everything A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

I ordered the wrong model. Clair at YoLink Shipping/Customer Service did an excellent job of getting the correct model sent to me. I’ve been very happy with YoLink products and customer service. Highly recommend them.

Great Product & Company

I have a 5000sqft smart home and one issue I have had with z-wave products is the transmission distance. I ran across Yolink while installing a Flume2 water meter flow product. I discovered that Yolink products have a great transmission distance so I invested in a Yolink Hub, water valve controller, leak detectors, and power outage detector. Several of the Yolink products can interface with my smart home (running Homeseer software) using IFTTT. For those Yolink devices that don't use IFTTT, I use the Yolink app for notification alerts. During the install of the Yolink Water Valve Controller 2 product to my already installed US Solid electronic water valve, I had several questions for the Yolink Techs/customer support. They were very receptive to giving me the info I needed and responded well within 24hrs of my request. I'm not sure how long this company has been in business but they are very customer oriented and very helpful to a DIYer with many questions. I could not be happier!
