This valve controller is something that we should have and maybe most homes should have. However I have tried installing it with the 3 of the valve shaft adapters now and none of them seem to work for my water line shut off. Apparently they are not made for my water line shut off.
The water leak detection kit is a great product. The ease of setup was awesome. All set and ready to go.

Works well. I have used these for years.. Detected a small leak under my kitchen sink. Saved a major repair bill. Can also be used up side down. Batteries last years. Replacement requires that the 4 rubber feet needs to be removed to get to the screws.

The garage door sensor was received quickly. Sticking the sensor at the inside top of the garage door and binding it to my existing hub using the Yolink application was easy. I receive notifications when the door is opened and once an hour if it remains open. Also, I can check to see if the door is opened or closed in the Yolink application at any time. The sensor has stayed connected to the hub without issue and I expect the batteries to last around 3 years
Setup easy, app easy, only needs lock washers or loctite on the valve assembly screws.
Very affordable
I manage a commercial warehouse with 8 units. I use these valves in conjunction with a main water flow detector on the incoming line. When the water flow alarm goes off, I can randomly turn off water to each valve until I see the flow stop...this allows me to leave the other 7 units with running water. Brilliant and a time saver!
