Excellent

Decent hardware, awful UX

Installing the system was as easy as it gets. Climbing the sisyphean mountain that is the software's user experience was a straight up nightmare. I had to resort to hours on Reddit and on forums just to learn how to arm and disarm the system.

Perfect buy

Fast shipment to Belgium.
Fast and easy installation and integration into homeassistant.
Works just fine.

Excellent customer service

Purchased this unit to detect mailbox open and close. Truly works better than wifi sensor.
