Overview

Replacement float switch with 6 foot cable and connector for use with the YS7904F Water Level Monitoring Sensor or the YS7904W Water Leak Sensor 3.

The float switch is a "pendant-mount" style, meaning it is suspended, like a pendant light, down into the container or tank.
The float switch is placed at a level where a notification is required, for either a high-water or low-water (for example) alert or automation.
The cable itself is secured (using the included tie wraps and tie wrap mounting posts) so that the float switch level does not change. The float switch includes stainless steel washers that protect the float switch movement from being obstructed by the side wall, and it also provides ballast that resists wave motions altering the float switch position.
The washers can be removed, to allow for alternative methods, such as using our float switch bracket (ideal for fish tanks, buckets and some smaller containers).
See the Water Level Monitoring Sensor for more information

Well made products

This YoLink float switch is the second product I purchased. Simple and reliable with great customer support to go with it. I had a specific application I wanted to tackle and YoLink gave me great advice on which product would best fit the application. Product was welll documented in the manual and installl was a breeze. A big deciding factor for me in selecting YoLink was temp range (I have sensor installed in a pipe outside my house exposed to low temps during winter), battery life, and radio range. They were the best I could find. I’m super happy with my purchase decision!

Works great! Excellent customer service.

The float switch sensor is working great when plugged into Yolinks Leak Sensor! Customer support was great for resolving shipping issue.

Not what I expected.

The YoLink products are usually great and very useful. From what I can see the float has limited travel and not much of a gauge.
