Valve Controller 2 and the EVO Valve Operator add app control to a compatible existing ball valve without replacing it. With a compatible leak sensor configured for Control-D2D, the sensor can command the controller to close the valve. The EVO clutch also allows manual valve operation.

Check valve fit

Before fitting, check that your ball valve opens and closes smoothly, shuts water off fully, and has room for the shaft adapter, brackets and handle travel.

Before you buy

An existing compatible ball valve is required. A YoLink Hub or SpeakerHub is needed for remote app access; a compatible leak sensor is needed for leak-triggered close commands. The hub and sensor are sold separately.

Important information

After manual clutch use, check the actual valve position; app status may be wrong if the valve status feature is absent or unused. For outdoor installation, provide overhead cover and do not submerge the controller or operator.

Easy to install and great for peace of mind

I ordered the valve controller 2 and evo valve operator plus leak sensors for all of the supply lines around the house. The valve operator installation was a bit tricky since mine was in a really tight space but still straight forward. With easier access to the main water shutoff it would have been a very quick process. The leak sensors were all easy to pair with the hub. I haven't checked yet if my insurance will give me a discount for adding this setup but either way it's worth it to me.

So far good!

Changed from the finger type to the one that clamps on valve stem. Had to change out the valve to better clamp the operator on the valve. Used Sharkbite fittings with PEX 1Inch

Water shutoff = PEACE OF MIND

Valve controller, water sensors, talking hub...ALL GREAT!!

I've had two other water sensor, water valve shut off systems. One went out of business the other was not very good. After reviewing numerous YouTube videos this one looked very good. I like that the system uses it's own proprietary software. The valve controller will run on 4 AA battery backup in case of power outage and the D2D setup will also allow the water sensors to communicate with the water valve controller if WiFi and or power is out. What a great system!! This is the way a water leak sensing system with water valve control SHOULD WORK !!! The talking hub also works flawlessly.
