Intended use was to alert next of kin when no motion was detected for 24 hours. Setup of sensors was easy, but I haven't been able to figure out the rest.

Im using it with Home Assistant and it solved some problems. For example no other sensor (with wifi, zigbee or zwave) was reachable in my metal-mailbox. Also i'm able to use sensors in the basement now even if there are some floors inbetween.

Because of the exceptional customer service and product quality from YoLink over the years, we bought a second basic system for our vacation home which is 2,500 miles away. We feel very confident that both our homes will be easily monitored by us year round and with a phone call to trusted neighbors or law enforcement all will be taken care of.

I am not technologically savvy, but adequate information was provided with the products and online to set them up. I am using them to monitor an elder's movement, and additional SMS messages can be purchased for a small fee for this use. I would buy additional products in the future, such as smart plugs.
