Have been using several Yolink products for over the last year and have been very happy with the product and the customer service.
Make sure you install with a bypass... You might need it!!! Had hairline cracks in the union fittings and male adapter parts
Bad experience
Meter total reporting is wrong as it doesn't reset every month, making monthly totals higher than meter reading. I submitted a ticket but no one responded
The Flow Smart meter was easy to install and to activate. It provides accurate readings on the controller and on the iPhone app. The public utility in my area notified me that my house is drawing constantly water, round the clock. I suspected a leak in the sprinkler system but could not verify. After installing the Yolink water meter in the sprinkler line I could confirm that the leak was in the sprinkler system.
