They work fine

however, i can’t get my phone and watch to alert me with enough sound to actually alert me. Not sure what I’m not doing but i can’t see when the doors are open but the alert is not loud enough. Probably my bad but it’s not working for me the way I was hoping. But, my mother is being admitted to a residential facility soon and she now has 24/7 care so it is not a big deal anymore.

Easy setup and it just works! I ordered more sensors after this easy setup.

Decent hardware, awful UX

Installing the system was as easy as it gets. Climbing the sisyphean mountain that is the software's user experience was a straight up nightmare. I had to resort to hours on Reddit and on forums just to learn how to arm and disarm the system.
