I was looking at different options of shutting off the water case of a leak most of them were very expensive and didn't serve areas that were critical water damage. This gives you an option of not using power or Wi-Fi to able to shut off water in case of loss of power. With the app you control the valve on or off at your own demand. I recommend this product for anyone who is looking for a peace of mind for freezing or burst pipes in there home. read more

I tried other automated valve shut-off motors, and they just didn't have the power to do the job. This motorized ball valve replaced my manual 1" ball valve on my sprinkler main line.
